I work in tech as a product manager. I am the only Black woman on my team. Overtime I began to experience burn out due to overextending myself due to unrealistic leadership, racism and job induced anxiety. This forum is to help others like me feel seen and heard. I speak from the perspective of a Black woman in tech. I speak from the perspective of being a woman. I will write blogs that may use music with profanity and words we use within our Black culture, if this offends you then this probably is not the place for you. My content will empower individuals to feel seen and to feel understood. Everything is not for everybody. I am ok with that. Enjoy!
